摘    要:目的 调查临床分离病原菌的分布及耐药现状,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供依据.方法 利用全自动细菌分析仪,对2010年分离的病原菌进行种属鉴定,并利用MIC稀释法进行药敏试验,试验结果采用WHONET5.4软件进行统计分析.结果 革兰阴性杆菌是引发医院感染的主要致病菌,占70.1%,其中铜绿假单胞菌占16.7%、大肠埃希菌占10.3%、鲍氏不动杆菌占9.8%;革兰阳性球菌占17.2%,以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,占7.9%,真菌占12.7%,大多数病原菌对抗菌药物的耐药性较高.结论 医院革兰阴性杆菌耐药性严重,临床要定期进行细菌耐药性监测,合理选用抗菌药物.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of clinical pathogenic bacteria in 2010 and provide bases for rational application of antibiotics.METHODS All the isolates were identified by VITEK microbe automatic system in 2010,the drug susceptibility testing was performed by minimal inhibitory concentration method(MIC),the results were statistically analyzed by the software WHONET5.4.RESULTS Gram-negative bacilli were the major pathogens causing nosocomial infections,accounting for 70.1%,among which Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 16.7%,Escherichia coli 10.3%,Acinetobacter baumannii 9.8%;gram-positive cocci accounted for 17.2%,among which Staphylococcus aures was the major pathogen,accounting for 7.9%;fungi accounted for 12.7%;the drug resistance of most of the pathogenic bacteria was serious.CONCLUSION The drug resistance of gram-negative bacilli is serious,the regular surveillance for bacterial resistance should be performed in clinical practice so as to reasonably use antibiotics.
