配药护士手卫生及使用中的配药注射器监测分析

目的 了解某院静脉药物配制护士手卫生状况及使用中的配药注射器病原菌污染情况,以加强输液环节的医院感染管理.方法 对医院Ⅲ类环境治疗室的68名静脉药物配制护士的手及使用中的配药注射器进行随机采样检测.结果 68份手卫生样本中8份检出致病菌,21份检出非致病菌但菌落数超标,不合格率为42.65％；217份配药注射器样本中有23份检出病原菌,不合格率为10.60％；手卫生及配药注射器样本检出率均较高的病原菌为凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌等.结论 配药护士手卫生状况较差是导致配药注射器污染的主要原因,必须加强对配药护士手卫生的监管.

Hand hygiene of dispensing nurses and monitoring of dispensing syringe in use

OBJECTIVE To investigate the condition of hand hygiene of dispensing nurses and the bacterial contamination of dispensing syringe so as to intensify the control of nosocomial infections in infusion link.METHODS The random sampling of hand hygiene of dispensing nurses and dispensing syringe during procedure was performed for 68 dispensing nurses in Ⅲ class environment of treatment room.RESULTS In 68 samples of hand hygiene,pathogenic bacteria were detected from 8 cases,21 cases were detected nonpathogenic bacteria with the bacterial colony counts above the threshold and the unqualified rate was 42.65%;in 217 samples of dispensing syringe,23 cases were detected pathogenic bacteria and the unqualified rate was 10.60%;the predominant pathogens isolated from the hand hygiene and dispensing syringe successively were coagulase-negative Staphylococci and Micrococcus luteus.CONCLUSION The poor hand hygiene of the dispensing nurses is the main cause leading to the bacterial contamination of dispensing syringe,thus it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the hand hygiene of the dispensing nurses.
