慢性乙型肝炎患者病毒复制水平与肝损害程度的关系

目的 探讨不同类型慢性乙型肝炎患者病毒复制水平与肝损害程度的关系.方法 随机选取2011年3月-2012年3月轻、中、重度慢性乙型肝炎患者105例,采用荧光标记定量聚合酶链反应方法分别测定血清乙型肝炎病毒DNA(HBV-DNA)含量.结果 轻、中、重度血清HBV-DNA含量绝对值的对数值分别为(5.3±1.8)、(6.2±1.3)及(6.7±1.5),差异无统计学意义；不同HBV-DNA含量丙氨酸氨基转氨酶、谷氨酸氨基转移酶及血清总胆红素水平差异无统计学意义.结论 不同类型慢性乙型肝炎肝损害程度与血清HBV-DNA基因含量无明显关系.

Relationship between viral replication level and degree of liver damage of patients with chronic hepatitis B

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the viral replication level and the liver damage of different types of patients with chronic hepatitis B.METHODS A total of 105 patients with mild,moderate,and severe chronic hepatitis B were randomly selected from Mar 2011 to Mar 2012,fluorescently labeled quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR) method was adopted to respectively measure the content of serum hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA).RESULTS The logarithm of the absolute value of the mild,moderate and severe serum HBV-DNA content were(5.3±1.8)(6.2±1.3) and(6.7±1.5),respectively,the difference was not statistically significant;the difference in the HBV-DNA content of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),glutamic acid aminotransferase enzyme(AST) and total serum bilirubin(TBil) level was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION There is no significant correlation between different types of chronic hepatitis B liver damage and serum HBV-DNA gene content.
