创建等级评审对促进医院感染管理的研究

目的 探讨创建三级甲等妇幼保健院的过程,是全面提高医院感染预防与控制管理水平的有效方法.方法 在2008年1月-2011年6月分前期准备和申报评审准备两个阶段,医院按广东省三级甲等妇幼保健院标准,全面启动三级甲等妇幼保健院等级创建工作.结果 医院感染预防和控制的相关制度不断完善并持续改进；各项医院感染管理制度得到落实；医院感染各重点部门、重点科室及重点项目开展更全面更深入；医院感染管理各项措施在全院的相互配合更为密切.结论 通过三级甲等妇幼保健院的等级创建,明显推动了医院感染管理工作,加强了规范化管理；提升了管理水平；强化了团队合作.

Effect of construction of level evaluation on promotion of hospital infection management

OBJECTIVE To investigate the process of creating ’three A-level MCH’ and try to find a comprehensive effective way to improve the prevention of nosocomial infections and promote the control and management.METHODS From Jan 2008 to Jun 2011,two stages were involved(sub preparatory stage and appraisal application preparatory stage),the hospital fully started construction of ’three A-level MCH’ according to ’three A-level MCH’ standard of Guangdong Province.RESULTS The related systems on hospital infection prevention and control were constantly completed and continuously improved;the management system of hospital infection control has been implemented;the key projects of the key sectors and key departments have been further carried out;the measures of hospital infection management coordinated each other more closely in the hospital.CONCLUSION Through the construction of the ’three A-level MCH’,the management of nosocomial infections has been significantly promoted,it has strengthened the standardized management,improvd the management level and intensified the teamwork.
