435例妇科肿瘤患者医院感染相关因素分析

目的 针对妇科肿瘤患者医院感染的相关因素进行分析并掌握其感染特点,以便采取有效地控制措施.方法 分析医院感染妇科恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料.结果 共收治患者12 424例,发生医院感染435例,感染率为3.5％,其中手术患者共386例,占88.7％；化疗患者49例,占11.3％；感染部位主要为泌尿道、盆/腹腔、皮肤/切口,分别占49.2％、29.7％、11.3％;共分离出病原菌340株,其中革兰阳性球菌194株,革兰阴性杆菌118株,真菌28株.结论 重视并减少妇科肿瘤患者的易感染因素,合理应用抗菌药物进行治疗,加强医院感染管理.

Related factors for nosocomial infections in 435 tumor patients of gynecology department

OBJECTIVE To analyze the related factors for nosocomial infections in the tumor patients of gynecology department and grasp the characteristics of the infections so as to take effective control measures.METHODS The clinical data of the malignant tumor patients with nosocomial infections were analyzed.RESULTS Of 12 424 patients enrolled for the treatment,nosocomial infections occurred in 435 patients with the infection rate of 3.5%,among which there were 386 patients undergoing surgery accounted for 88.7%;there were 49(11.3%) patients who received chemotherapy;the urinary tract,pelvic and abdominal cavity,and skin incision were the main infection sites,accounting for 49.2%,29.7%,11.3%,respectively;there were totally 340 strains of pathogens isolated,including 194 strains of gram-positive cocci,118 strains of gram-negative bacilli,and 28 strains of fungi.CONCLUSION It is necessary to put emphasis on the susceptible factors for nosocomial infections in the tumor patients,reasonably use antibiotics for the treatment,and intensify the nosocomial infection management.
