摘    要:目的 通过对517例肿瘤患进行外周中心静脉导管( PICC)相关性血流感染(PICC-BSIs)目标性监测,探讨预防控制PICC-BSIs发生的有效干预措施.方法 将留置PICC的肿瘤患者按照时间先后顺序分为对照组和试验组,对照组在常态下遵照PICC规范操作流程进行置管和维护,试验组在对照组的基础上增加干预措施:在超声引导下置管、加强宣传教育、重视居家维护;综合分柝干预措施在预防控制PICC-BSIs中作用.结果 试验组与对照组PICC-BSIs率分别为0.40%和2.64%、感染率为0.05/千导管日和0.38/千导管日,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 该科研增加的干预措施有效预防控制了 PICC-BSIs发生.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effective interventions to prevent and control the PICC related blood stream infections PICC-BSIs through targeted monitoring of(PICC-BSIs) in 517 tumor patients.METHODS According to the time sequence,the patients who underwent PICC were divided into the control group and the study group,the control group was performed the catheterization and maintenance in accordance with PICC standard operation procedure under the normal condition,while the study group performed the additional interventions on the basis of the same treatment as the control group;the catheterization was performed under the ultrasound guidance,the promotion of the education was reinforced,attention should be paid to the home maintenance;the role of the interventions in the prevention of PICC-BSIs was comprehensively analyzed.RESULTS The incidence rates of PICC-BSIs of the study group and the control group were 0.40% and 2.64%,respectively,the infection rates were 0.05 per 1000 catheter days and 0.38 per 1000 catheter days,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The additional interventions discussed in this study have effectively prevent and control the PICC-BSIs incidence.
