2006-2010年鲍氏不动杆菌临床分布特点及耐药性分析

目的 了解2006-2010年临床分离的鲍氏不动杆菌(ABA)分布特点及耐药性,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考依据.方法 采用VITEK-2全自动微生物分析仪及纸片扩散法,对1420株ABA分离株进行鉴定及药敏试验.结果 2010年ABA分离率为16.0％,临床分布以神经外科最多,占26.1％;标本以痰液分离率最高占58.3％,其次是伤口分泌物占25.4％;其耐药率逐年增加,甚至对碳青霉烯类包括亚胺培南、美罗培南的耐药率高达51.1％、54.1％,呈现严重的泛耐药.结论 耐亚胺培南鲍氏不动杆菌耐药性严重,临床必须合理、慎用高效广谱抗菌药物.

Clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii during 2006-2010

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii and the antimicrobial resistance during 2006-2010 so as to provide scientific reference for reasonable use of antimicrobial agents.METHODS By means of the automated microbial analyzer of VITEK-2 and K-B tests,a total of 1420 clinical isolates of A.baumannii were identified,the drug susceptibility testing was performed.RESULTS The isolation rate of A.baumannii was 16.0% in 2010,the isolated strains mainly distributed in the department of neurosurgery,accounting for 26.1%;the isolation rate of the specimens from the sputum was the highest(58.3%),followed by the wound secretions(25.4%);as its drug resistance rates increased year by year,the drug resistance rates to carbapenems including imipenem and meropenem reached up to 51.1% and 54.1%,respectively,presenting as pandrug-resistant.CONCLUSION The drug resistance of imipenem-resistant A.baumannii is serious,it is necessary to use broad spectrum antibiotics reasonably and carefully.
