2型糖尿病合并尿路感染的危险因素及预防对策

目的 探讨2型糖尿病合并尿路感染的危险因素,并制定相应的预防对策.方法 选取医院2010年1月至2011年1月收治的108例糖尿病患者,分析糖尿病伴尿路感染患者的年龄、性别、病程、糖化血红蛋白、留置导尿、合并其他基础疾病等影响因素,以及尿路感染的病原菌分布.结果 糖尿病合并尿路感染的危险因素为年龄大、女性、糖尿病病程长、糖化血红蛋白高、留置导尿及合并其他疾病等,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；尿路感染检出病原菌主要为大肠埃希菌占64.7％,变形菌属占26.5％、克雷伯菌属占5.9％.结论 明确2型糖尿病合并尿路感染的危险因素,积极控制血糖,改善机体的防御功能,能有效预防2型糖尿病患者发生尿路感染.

Risk factors for urinary tract infections in patients with Type 2 diabetes and prevention countermeasures

OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors for urinary tract infections in the patients with Type 2 diabetes and develop the corresponding prevention strategies.METHODS A total of 108 diabetic patients treated in the hospital from Jan 2010 to Jan 2011 were chosen;the influencing factors including age,gender,disease duration,glycosylated hemoglobin,catheterization,and combination with other underlying diseases of the diabetic patients with urinary tract infections and the distribution of the pathogenic bacteria causing urinary tract infections were analyzed.RESULTS The risk factors for urinary tract infections in the diabete patients included the elderly,female,longer duration of diabetes,high glycated hemoglobin,catheterization and combination with other diseases,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the isolated pathogens causing urinary tract infections were mainly Escherichia coli(64.7%),Proteus(26.5%),and Klebsiella(5.9%).CONCLUSION To clarify the risk factors for urinary tract infections combined with type 2 diabetes,actively control the blood sugar,and improve the body’s immunity may contribute to the effective prevention of urinary tract infections in patients with type 2 diabetes.
