万金消毒液与全自动内镜清洗消毒机对消化内镜消毒效果比较

目的 观察万金消毒液不同消毒作用时间对细菌、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者所使用的消化内镜消毒效果,并与明泰科全自动内镜洗消机进行对照,探讨万金消毒液对细菌、HOV与Hp感染患者所使用的消化内镜消毒的实用性.方法 研究组用含有效氯2 g/L万金消毒液对清洗后的消化内镜作循环冲洗后随机浸泡5 min和10 min,消毒后内镜采样做细菌、Hp培养及RT-PCR检测HBV-DNA、放射免疫法测定HBsAg定量,比较不同消毒作用时间对HBV与Hp感染患者所使用的消化内镜的消毒效果；对照组用明泰科全自动内镜洗消机对HBV与Hp感染患者所使用的消化内镜进行消毒,对消毒后内镜采样做细菌、Hp培养及HBV-DNA、HBsAg检测.结果 万金消毒液浸泡消毒内镜5、10 min对细菌、Hp消毒合格率均为100.00％,对HBV 5 min内镜检测出HBV-DNA阳性,合格率为93.33％,浸泡消毒10 min合格率为100.00％；对照组明泰科全自动洗消机消毒的内镜均未检出细菌、Hp及HBV,合格率均100.00％；万金医用器械消毒液对HBV与Hp感染患者所使用的消化内镜浸泡消毒10 min与明泰科全自动洗消机的消毒效果差异无统计学意义.结论 万金消毒液可作为HBV与Hp感染患者的消化内镜消毒的首选消毒剂之一.

Effects of Wanjin antiseptic germicides and fully automatic endoscope cleaning and sterilization machine on sterilization of endoscopes:a comparative study

OBJECTIVE To investigate the practicability and observe the degermation effect of Wanjin antiseptic germicide for different time,compared with Minntech DSD201 automatic endoscopy sterilizer,on digestive endoscopies used by the patients of HBV and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infections.METHODS The digestive endoscopies of the research group were randomly disinfected by immersion for 5min or 10min after they were iteratively rinsed in Wanjin antiseptic germicide of freshly prepared and 2g/L active chlorine-included,then the samples gained from these pre and post-sterilized endoscopies were treated by germiculture,Hp-culture,RT-PCR for HBV-DNA,radio-immunity for HBsAg quantitation.The patients of control group were sterilized by Minntech DSD201 automatic endoscopy sterilizer,then the samples gained from these pre and post-sterilized endoscopies were treated by the same methods as the research group.RESULTS The qualified rate of the endoscopies was 100.00% when they were disinfected by immersion in Wanjin antiseptic germicide for 5min,and HBV-DNA was detected in few endoscopies.the qualified rate of the endoscopies was 93.33 % when they were disinfected by immersion in Wanjin antiseptic germicide for 10min or Minntech DSD201 automatic endoscopy sterilizer,and the pathogens,Hp and HBV were not detected;there was no statistical difference in the disinfection effectiveness between the Wanjin antiseptic germicide and Minntech DSD201 automatic endoscopy sterilizer used by the patients with HBV and Hp infections.CONCLUSION The results approve that Wanjin antiseptic germicide can be one of preferentially selected disinfectants for the disinfection of the endoscopes used by the patients with hepatitis B and Hp infections.
