骨伤患者铜绿假单胞菌感染现状及管理措施

目的掌握骨伤患者铜绿假单胞菌感染的原始资料,对其感染管理工作进行探讨。方法对2007-2010年铜绿假单胞菌感染进行持续监测,并对所得实验室监测数据进行回顾分析。结果骨伤患者铜绿假单胞菌感染以伤口感染为主,临床送检标本主要是伤口分泌物,占89.6%;铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的耐药性呈现出增高趋势,最新监测数据显示,铜绿假单胞菌对头孢哌酮耐药率最低,为12.3%,其他抗菌药物耐药率在12.3%～100.0%。结论铜绿假单胞菌对个别种类抗菌药物耐药率3年内持续>40.0%,对这类抗菌药物使用的管理应是今后感染管理工作的重点。

Current status of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections in orthopeatic patients and countermeasures

OBJECTIVE To analyze the nosocomial infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and to provide reliable basis for nosocomial infection management.METHODS Continuous surveillance for P.aeruginosa infections during 2007-2010 was performed,the laboratory data for the surveillance were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS P.aeruginosa was the major pathogen that may cause wound infections in orthopaedic hospital,the wound secretions were the main submitted specimens,accounting for 89.6%;the drug resistance of P.aeruginosa was on the rise,the latest surveillance statistics indicated that the drug resistance rate to cefoperazone codium was the lowest(12.3%),the resistance rates to other antibiotics varied from 12.3% to 100.0%.CONCLUSION We should focus on the administration of the antibiotics to which the drug resistance rates of P.aeruginosa are consistently higher than 40.0% in 3 years.
