CT诊断在颅内感染性脑病中的临床意义

目的 探讨CT诊断在颅内感染性脑病中的临床意义,以提高其诊断的准确性.方法 选取2006年1月至2011年12月因颅内感染性脑病住院治疗的患者33例,回顾性分析CT检查结果,并对结果进行统计分析.结果 病毒性脑炎16例,占48.5％,是最常见的颅内感染性脑病,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；不同的颅内感染性脑病具有CT检查不同特点,CT平扫检出率为45.5％,准确率为36.4％；CT增强扫描检出率为87.9％,准确率为78.8％,经统计分析,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 CT检查对于诊断颅内感染性脑病具有较好的参考价值,尤其是CT增强扫描,具有较好的检出率和准确率,建议临床广泛使用.

Clinical significance of CT diagnosis in intracranial infection encephalopathy

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical significance of CT diagnosis in intracranial infection encephalopathy,so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.METHODS A total of 33 patients with intracranial infection encephalopathy,who enrolled the hospital from Jan 2006 to Dec 2011,were randomly chosen.The CT findings due to the treatment were retrospectively analyzed,and the statistical analysis of the results was performed.RESULTS The viral encephalitis was in 16 cases with the proportion of 48.5% and was the most common intracranial infection encephalopathy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intracranial infection encephalopathy was with different characteristics in CT examination.The CT scan detection rate was 45.5%,the accuracy rate was 36.4%.The CT enhancement scanning detection rate was 87.9%,and the accuracy rate was 78.8%,the statistical analysis demonstrated the statistical significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION CT has a good reference value in the diagnosis of intracranial infectious encephalopathy,in particular the enhanced CT scan.With a better detection effect and accuracy,it is worthy of being used in the hospital.
