应用持续改进方法降低直肠癌手术患者手术切口感染率

目的 探讨持续改进方法(PDCA循环)降低直肠癌手术患者切口感染发生率的效果.方法 采用PDCA循环持续改进方法,对直肠癌手术患者进行切口感染的控制,比较实施前后发生直肠癌手术切口感染发生率,评价持续改进方法对降低直肠癌手术患者发生切口感染发生率的效果.结果 实施持续改进方法后的直肠癌手术患者切口感染率为0,明显低于实施前的28.6％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 分析问题、制定改善目标及计划、实施计划、检查(发现问题)、再制定改善目标及计划,通过这种PDCA循环及持续改进方法,可使医护人员的操作标准化,患者得到统一标准的治疗和护理,使直肠癌手术患者术后发生切口感染率明显降低,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益.

Application of continuous improvement methods to reduce infection rate of surgical wound of patients undergoing rectal cancer surgery

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of continuous improvement methods(PDCA circle) to reduce infection rate of the surgical wound in patients with rectal cancer surgery.METHODS The PDCA cycle continuous improvement method was taken to control the infection of the surgical wound in patients with rectal cancer surgery.The incidence of surgical wound infections in patients with rectal cancer surgery before and after the treatment was compared.The effect of continuous improvement methods on the reduction of the infection rate of the surgical wound infections in patients with rectal cancer surgery was evaluated.RESULTS After the implementation of continuous improvement methods for the patients with rectal cancer surgery,the incision infection rate was significantly lower than 28.6% before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION To analyze the problems,develop improvement targets and plans,implement plans,check(identify problems),and once again develop improvement targets and plans,which is also called the PDCA cycle,can help achievea standardized operation,make the patient acquire an uniform and standard treatment and nursing,and decrease the incision infection rate after the rectal cancer surgery while achieving good social and economic benefits.
