呼吸内科患者多药耐药菌感染的分析及护理对策

目的 调查呼吸内科住院患者多药耐药菌(MDROs)感染情况并提出护理对策.方法 对2010年10月-2011年10月呼吸内科住院部15例MDROs患者的一般资料、病原菌分布及标本种类进行回顾性分析.结果 15例患者发生MDROs感染与年龄、住院时间、使用抗菌药物、侵入性操作等有关；共检出病原菌17株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌5株,占29.41％,大肠埃希菌5株,占29.41％,铜绿假单胞菌3株,占17.65％,肺炎克雷伯菌3株,占17.65％,鲍氏不动杆菌1株,占5.88％.结论 加强MDROs感染患者的监测,严格执行隔离措施、技术操作规程,加强手卫生及抗菌药物的合理有效应用,是预防MDROs有效的预防控制措施.

Multidrug-resistant bacteria infections in respiratory medicine department and countermeasures

OBJECTIVE To investigate the multidrug-resistant organism(MDROs) infections in the hospitalized patients in respiratory medicine department and put forward nursing countermeasures.METHODS The general information,the species of pathogenic bacteria,and distribution of the specimens of 15 patients with MDROs infections who enrolled in the department from Oct 2010 to Oct 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The occurrence of MDROs infections in 15 patients were related to the age,hospital stay,use of antibiotics,invasive operation and so on;of 15 patients investigated,there were totally 17 strains of pathogens isolated,including 5(29.41%) strains of Staphylococcus aureus,5(29.41%) strains of Escherichia coli,3(17.65%) strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,3(17.65%) strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae,and 1(5.88%) strain of Acinetobacter baumannii 5.88%.CONCLUSION It is effective way to prevent and conrol MDROs infections to strengthen the monitoring of the patients with MDROs infections,strictly implement the separation measures and the operation procedures,and intensify the hand hygiene and the reasonable use of antibiotics.
