| 摘 要： | 目的 调查医院感染现患率,为降低医院感染的发生提供依据.方法 采用横断面调查的方法,床旁调查和病历调查相结合,填写统一的个案调查表.结果 调查患者361例,发生医院感染12例,现患率为3.32％;医院感染部位以下呼吸道为主,占33.33％;感染科室以ICU占33.33％、肾内科占16.67％;抗菌药物使用率为52.63％.结论 通过对医院感染现患率的调查,了解医院感染的危险因素,为降低医院感染率提供依据.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infections so as to provide bases for reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection.METHODS By means of cross-sectional study,bedside study and case study,unified case investigation questionnaire was filled out.RESULTS Of 361 patients investigated,nosocomial infections occurred in 12 cases with the prevalence rate of 3.32%;lowere respiratory tract was the predominant infection site,accounting for 33.33%;the prevalence rate of the infections was 33.33% in ICU,16.67% in nephrology department;the utilization rate of antibiotics was 52.63%.CONCLUSION By investigating the prevalence rate of nonsocomial infections and exploring the risk factors,it can provide bases for decreasing the incidence rate of nosocomial infections. |
