摘    要:目的 分析新发传染性疾病暴发流行期采供血及血液制品等方面的血液安全问题,并提出相应的管理对策.方法 对采供血机构在新发传染性疾病暴发流行期间工作中出现的问题和现状进行分析,尤其在献血宣传、献血员管理、血站人员培训、血液制品管理等重点环节进行分析、比较.结果 新发传染性疾病暴发流行期间血液安全保障中对于感染因素的控制与管理尚存在诸多不足,应从多个方面着手提高血液保障水平,降低血液感染风险.结论 改进与完善新发传染性疾病暴发流行期间血液保障管理体系,对最大限度降低输血感染风险具有重要意义.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the problems concerning the blood safety such as the blood collection,blood supply and blood products during the outbreak and prevalence of infectious diseases so as to propose corresponding countermeasures.METHODS The problems and current situation during the prevalence of infectious diseases were analyzed,the key links including the blood donation promotion,management of donors,the training of blood station personnel and the blood products were analyzed and compared.RESULTS There were a lot of shortcomings existing in the control of the blood infection factors during the prevalence of infectious diseases,it was necessary to improve the level of blood control starting from multiple aspects so as to reduce the risk of blood infections.CONCLUSION It is of great significance in minimizing the risk of blood transfusion infections to improvee and perfect the blood control system during the prevalence of the infectious diseases.
