医院感染控制小组的建设与管理

目的 充分发挥医院感染控制小组成员在临床感染预防与控制中的作用.方法 通过人员重组、明确职责与工作质量考评标准,制定年度与季度工作计划及工作总结,建立内网“医院感染管理专栏”,加强基础培训与专题培训及培训后的考核,督导检查,确立管理流程、奖惩和例会制度等方法,进行感染控制小组的建设与管理.结果 各科室医院感染管理制度逐步完善并得到贯彻落实,建立了“临床医院感染及耐药菌监测网”,医院感染聚集性病例明显减少,感染患者微生物送检率明显增加,围术期预防用药较前规范,各级医务人员医院感染知识培训逐步规范化,感染控制工作得到了科室更好地配合.结论 加强感染控制小组的建设与管理,有助于全面地推进医院感染控制工作.

Construction and management of nosocomial infection control team

OBJECTIVE To give full play of the nosocomial infection(NI) control team member role in clinical prevention and control of infections.METHODS Through the member reorganization,responsibility definition and assessment standards of work quality,annual and quarterly work plans as well as work summary were developed,the network NI Control Column was established,the basic training and special subject training were strengthened,the assessment after the training as well as the supervision inspection was intensified,the management process and regular system of rewards and punishment were established,the construction and management of nosocomial infection control team was performed.RESULTS The nosocomial infection management system in the department has been gradually completed and implemented.Surveillance network of clinical nosocomial infections and drug resistance has been set up,the clustered cases with nosocomial infections have been significantly decreased,the submission rate of the microbiology was increased significantly,the prophylactic use of antibiotics during the perioperative period was more standardized than before,the training of knowledge of all levels of the medical personnel was gradually standardized,the better collaboration between the departments has involved the infection control.CONCLUSION Strengthening the construction and management of nosocomial infection control team may contribute to the promotion of nosocomial infection control in a full round way.
