摘    要:目的 探讨医院临床分离的大肠埃希菌(ECO)耐药现状,为临床医师合理用药提供试验依据.方法 采用回顾性调查方法对157株ECO的耐药性进行分析.结果 临床送检的尿液、分泌物、痰液和血液标本分离出的ECO占全部标本93.0%,其中尿液标本分离出的菌株数最多,占35.0%;ECO产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)阳性率为47.1%,有逐年上升的趋势;ECO对亚胺培南/西司他丁100.0%敏感,对氨苄西林耐药率最高,达84.7%.结论 医院感染大肠埃希菌的耐药性已十分严重,医院应加强监测与控制.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To approach the drug resistance of clinically isolated Escherichia coli,so as to provide the scientific bases for the reasonable application of the antibiotics.METHODS Retrospective survey was conducted to analyze the drug resistance of 157 strains of E.coli.RESULTS Totally 93.0% of the isolated E.coli strains were detected from the submitted urine,secretions,sputum,and the blood specimens,among which most of the isolates were from the urine specimens,accounting for 35.0%;the detection rate of the extended spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs)-producing E.coli was 47.1%,presenting as an upward tendency;E.coli was 100.0% susceptible to imipenem /cilastatin,the drug resistance rate to ampicillin was the highest(84.7%).CONCLUSION The drug resistance of E.coli causing nosocomial infections has become very serious,the monitoring and control should be strengthened.
