634例脑膜瘤患者围手术期应用抗菌药物分析

目的 了解某医院脑膜瘤手术患者围手术期抗菌药物应用情况,并评价其应用的合理性.方法 对某医院2007-2008年634例脑膜瘤患者围手术期应用抗菌药物的种类、用药频度(DDDs)、联合用药、用药时间等进行统计分析.结果 634例手术患者100.0％使用了抗菌药物,其中使用频率最高的是头孢菌素类,其次是青霉素类；DDDs排序前3位的为头孢甲肟、头孢匹胺、头孢哌酮/他唑巴坦;一联用药460例,占72.6％;预防用药551例,占86.9％；存在的问题主要表现在预防用药档次偏高、术后应用抗菌药物时间较长、单次预防用药超量等方面.结论 神经外科围术期用药基本合理,对存在的问题需要进一步管理和改进.

Application of antibacterial agents for 634 meningeoma patients during perioperative period

OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of antibacterial agents for meningeoma patients during perioperative period and evaluate its rationality.METHODS The types of antibacterial agents,DDDs,the combination use of antibiotics,and the medication time of 634 meningeoma patients during perioperative period from 2007 to 2008 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS All of 634 cases of patients used antibiotics,cephalosporins posted the highest use rate,followed by penicillins;the top 3 DDDs of the antibiotics were cefmenoxime,cefpiramide,and cefoperazone/tazobactam;there were 460 patients who used single-drug,accounting for 72.6%;551 cases used prophylactic antibiotics,accounting for 86.9%;the existing problems mainly presented as the high-grade drugs for preventive medication,long duration of postoperative use of antibiotics,and excess dose for single time of preventive medication.CONCLUSION The use of antibacterial agents for meningeoma patients during perioperative period is basically reasonable,but the existing problems need to be settled and improved.
