摘    要:目的 对实体肿瘤合并真菌感染的临床特点进行分析.方法 选取192例实体肿瘤合并医院真菌感染患者作研究对象,对其感染分布状况、菌株分布、临床表现等进行回顾性分析.结果 2006-2010年共收治67 207例实体肿瘤患者,其中192例合并真菌感染,感染率为0.3%; 21例患者同时发生两个部位感染,12例同时发生3个部位感染;深部感染者147例,浅部深部同时感染者15例;共分离真菌237株,主要为白色假丝酵母菌,占81.9%;192例患者中短期内接受放化疗治疗者178例,手术者2例,广谱抗菌药物使用者180例.结论 实体肿瘤合并医院真菌感染以假丝酵母菌属为主,临床应采取积极措施进行治疗.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical characteristics of solid tumor complicated with nosocomial fungal infections.METHODS A total of 192 solid tumors patients complicated with fungus infections were set as research objects,the status of infections,distribution of the strains,and the clinical manifestations were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS A total of 67 207 patients with solid tumors were enrolled for the treatment,fungal infections occurred in 192 patients with the infection rate of 0.3%;there were 21 patients with concurrent infections in two sites and 12 patients with concurrent infections in 3 sites;there were 147 patients with deep fungal infections and 15 patients with concurrent shallow and deep fungal infections;a total of 237 strains of fungi were isolated,among which Candida albicans was the main species,accounting for 81.9%;of 192 patients investigated,there were 178 patients who received chemoradiotherapy in short or medium term,2 cases who underwent surgery,and 180 cases who used broad-spectrum antibiotics.CONCLUSION Candida are the main species causing nosocomial fungal infections in patients with solid tumors,it is necessary for the clinic to take active measures for the treatment.
