产科感染因素分析与预防对策

目的 探讨医院产科感染发生的相关原因和预防方法.方法 选择2009年1月-2011年12月在医院住院分娩的9212例产妇,采取回顾性方法分析产科感染发生的原因.结果 9212例产妇中发生感染312例,感染率为3.4％；发生感染最多的是上呼吸道感染,占34.6％,其次是手术切口、泌尿道、下呼吸道、胃肠道及生殖道,分别占27.6％、10.9％、10.3％、8.3％及6.7％.结论 免疫力下降以及较少活动是导致上呼吸道感染的主要因素,剖宫产术后导尿留置是泌尿道感染的主要因素；医务人员要保证严格的无菌操作,提高产科患者的抵抗力以及适当使用抗菌药物可有效预防产科感染的发生.

Causes of infections in obstetric department and prevention countermeasures

OBJECTIVE To investigate the causes of infections in obstetric department and the prevention measures.METHODS A total of 9212 pregnant women who were about going to give the birth from Jan 2009 to Dec 2011 were selected,the causes of the infections in the obstetric department were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS Of 9212 cases of pregnant women investigated,infections occurred in 312 cases with the infection rate of 3.4%;the upper respiratory tract(34.6%) was the predominant infection site,followed by surgical incision(27.6%),urinary tract(10.9%),lower respiratory tract(10.3%),gastrointestinal tract(8.3%),and reproductive tract(6.7%).CONCLUSION The low immunity as well as the lack of outdoor activity is the leading cause of upper respiratory tract infections,and the indwelling catheterization after cesarean surgery is the major cause for urinary tract infections;to ensure the strict aseptic techniques,improve the immunity of the patients in obstetric department and use antibiotics appropriately can effectively prevent the infections in obstetric department.
