妇科围手术期抗菌药物应用的调查分析

目的 探讨妇科围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况及存在问题,为抗菌药物的合理使用和管理提供科学依据.方法 设计调查表对某三级综合医院2009年妇科清洁和清洁-污染手术共2297例的围手术期抗菌药物应用情况进行调查分析.结果 妇科清洁手术和清洁-污染手术的围术期抗菌药物应用率均为100.00％；术前＜2h用药时机合理率分别为81.34％、79.79％；平均用药时间分别为3.81、4.36 d；应用抗菌药物品种分别为14、19种；联合用药率分别为72.21％、96.03％.结论 妇科围手术期抗菌药物的使用中还存在着诸多术合理之处.需进一步探讨抗菌药物合理应用管理方法,持续规范妇科围术期抗菌药物的应用.

Investigation of application of antibiotics in gynecology department during perioperative period

OBJECTIVE To explore the status of the application of antibiotics and the problems in gynecology department during perioperative period so as to provide scientific bases for the reasonable use and management of antibiotics.METHODS With the designed questionnaire,the application of antibiotics was investigated for totally 2297 patients who underwent the clean and clean-contamination surgery in gynecology department of a three-level hospital in 2009.RESULTS The utilization rates of antibiotics of both the gynecological clean surgery and clean-contamination surgery were 100.00% during the perioperative period;the rates of reasonable timing for the application within 2 hours before the operation were 81.34% and 79.79%;the average duration of medication were 3.81 days and 4.36 days,respectively;the varieties of the applied antibacterial drug were 14 and 19;and combined use rates were 72.21% and 96.03%,respectively.CONCLUSION There is still irrational application of antibiotics in gynecology department during perioperative period,it is necessary to further explore the reasonable ways to use antibiotics and constantly standardize the application of antibiotics during perioperative period.
