急诊科医院感染相关因素分析及护理对策探讨

目的 分析急诊科医院感染的相关危险因素以及探讨相应的护理对策.方法 选取2010年1月-2011年1月急诊科发生的68例医院感染患者为研究对象,分析其医院感染相关因素,并探讨相应的护理对策.结果 68例患者中男性占66.18％,女性占33.82％,性别比较差异无统计学意义；年龄在60～69岁感染率最高为35.29％；住院时间30～39 d组感染率最高为55.88％；感染部位以下呼吸道感染为主,占52.94％,均高于其他组.结论 急诊科病房环境特殊,患者病情危重,存在许多医院感染的危险因素,严格消毒隔离制度、加强病房管理及严格无菌技术,有助于医院感染的控制.

Related factors for nosocomial infections in emergency department and nursing countermeasures

OBJECTIVE To analyze the related factors for nosocomial infections in the emergency department and explore the corresponding nursing countermeasures.METHODS From Jan 2010 to Jan 2011,a total of 68 patients with nosocomial infections in emergency department were selected as the research objects,the related factors for nosocomial infections were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were explored.RESULTS Among 68 patients,the proportion of male patients(66.18%) was much higher than that of the female patients(33.82%),the difference in the gender was not statistically significant;the infection rate of the patients aged 60-69 years was the highest(35.29%);the infection rate of the patients with the hospitalization duration between 30 and 39 days was the highest(55.88%);the lower respiratory tract was the main infection site,accounting for 52.94%(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The environment of the emergency department ward is special,the condition of the patients is critical,there are a variety of risk factors for nosocomial infections.It is helpful to the control of nosocomial infections to implement the disinfection and isolation system and strengthen the ward environment as well as the aseptic technique.
