医用器械消毒液对纤维鼻咽喉镜消毒效果的观察

目的 观察医用器械消毒液不同消毒作用时间对纤维鼻咽喉镜消毒效果,探索临床消毒的实用性.方法 采用现配的2000 mg/L有效氯万金医用器械消毒液对清洗后的纤维鼻咽喉镜反复冲洗后随机浸泡消毒5、10min,采用现场随机抽样检测方法,比较不同消毒作用时间对纤维鼻咽喉镜的消毒效果.结果 浸泡消毒5、10min,消毒后鼻咽喉镜内腔平均细菌数分别为10、9 CFU/件,鼻咽喉镜外表平均细菌数均为6 CFU/件,合格率均为100.0％,均未检出致病菌；对稀释后消毒液进行监测,结果显示该消毒液可使用1周.结论 该医用器械消毒液对纤维鼻咽喉镜浸泡消毒5、10 min消毒效果无明显差异,同时性能稳定、无腐蚀,易被医务人员接受.

Effect of medical equipment disinfectants on disinfection of fiber laryngoscope

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of the medical equipment disinfectant on the disinfection of fiber laryngoscope,and to explore the practicality of clinical disinfection.METHODS We used Wan Fu Jinan medical equipment disinfectant with the available chlorine 2000 mg/L to repeatedly wash fiber laryngoscope.Then the fiber laryngoscopes were randomly soaked in disinfection for 5 min or 10 min.At last,we adopted random sampling and testing methods to compare the disinfection effect of the disinfectant’s acting on the fiber laryngoscopes for different times.RESULTS After immersion disinfection for 5 min and 10 min,the average bacterial colony counts on the lumen of fiber laryngoscope were 10 CFU/piece and 9 CFU/piece,respectively,outside surface of fiber laryngoscope 6 CFU/piece,the qualified rates were all 100.0%,no pathogens were detected.We monitored the effect of diluted disinfectant,and the results showed that the disinfectant could be used for one week.CONCLUSION When the fiber laryngoscopes are soaked by this disinfectant for 5 min or 10 min,there is no significant difference in the disinfection effect,in addition,it is with stable performance without corrosion and therefore easily accepted.
