沙门菌属parE基因对氟喹诺酮类药物耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 分析78株耐氟喹诺酮类药物的沙门菌属携带parE基因情况及对氟喹诺酮类耐药性的影响.方法 用PCR方法扩增沙门菌属parE基因的序列,并采用基因库在线比对软件BLAST程序进行比对分析.结果 78株耐氟喹诺酮类药物的沙门菌属中共检测到32株含有parE基因,选择其中10株阳性株进行测序,结果显示其74、107、115位碱基出现突变.结论 parE基因可能是引起沙门菌属耐氟喹诺酮类药物的重要原因,在10株沙门菌属中携带的parE基因中共检出3个点突变,这些突变的产生为沙门菌属对氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的抗药性以及交叉耐药产生了影响.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of gene parE in 78 strains Salmonella resistant to quinolones and analyze its effect on the resistance to quinolones.METHODS The sequence of gene parE was amplified via PCR and analyzed statistically by BLAST at NCBI.RESULTS Among 78 strains of quinolones-resistant Salmonella,a total of 32 strains containing parE have been tested,among which 10 positive strains were selected for sequencing,the result indicated that that the base at 74,107 and 115 site presented the mutations.CONCLUSION The gene parE may be vital reason causing Salmonella resistance to quinolones.In addition,three mutational sites are detected from the ten strains of Salmonella containing parE,which has influenced the drug resistance and cross-resistance of Salmonella to quinolones.
