哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗吸入性肺炎的临床观察

目的 评价国产哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗吸入性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性.方法 采用开放、非对照方法,选取呼吸内科住院治疗的45例吸入性肺炎患者,每次静脉注射哌拉西林/他唑巴坦2.5g,2次/d,疗程均为7～10 d,评估治疗结束时临床疗效、细菌学疗效发安全性.结果 45例患者,痊愈23例,显效18例,总有效率为91.1％,细菌学清除率81.8％,未见不良反应.结论 哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗吸入性肺炎效果好、安全性高,值得临床推广.

Clinical observation of piperacillin/tazobactam in treatment of aspiration pneumonia

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous piperacillin/tazobactam in the treatment of patients with aspiration pneumonia.METHODS An open-labeled,non-comparative clinical trial was conducted,a total of 45 patients with aspiration pneumonia were enrolled in this study,the patients were administered intravenously each time with a dose of 2.5g piperacillin/tazobactam,twice per day,and the course of 7-10 days;the clinical efficacy and the bacteriological efficacy and safety were evaluated after the treatment.RESULTS Of 45 patients who were enrolled in the study,23 patients were cured,18 patients were improved,the total effective rate was 91.1%,the total bacterial eradication rate was 81.8%,there were no adverse reactions.CONCLUSION Piperacillin/tazobactam is effective and safe in the treatment of aspiration pneumonia and is worthy of clinical promotion.
