脑出血术后意识障碍患者肺部感染的病原菌分布

目的 探讨脑出血术后中、重度意识障碍患者肺部感染的病原菌分布.方法 统计320例脑出血术后中、重度意识障碍患者肺部感染的菌群构成,应用振动排痰机进行干预,观察其护理效果.结果 中度意识障碍患者治疗组和对照组各80例,肺部感染率分别为16.25％和36.25％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),感染的病原菌以肺炎克雷伯菌为主；重度意识障碍患者治疗组和对照组各80例,肺部感染率分别为28.75％和33.75％,差异无统计学意义,感染的病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主.结论 肺炎克雷伯菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别是中度及重度意识障碍肺部感染患者的常见病原菌,应用振动排痰机对中度意识障碍的患者具有较好的促进痰液排出和预防肺部感染的效果,而对重度意识障碍的患者仍不能有效地预防肺部感染的发生.

Distribution of pathogens causing pulmonary infections in patients with disturbance of consciousness after cerebral hemorrhage

OBJECTIVE To explore the distribution of pathogens causing pulmonary infection in patients with moderate to severe disturbance of consciousness after cerebral hemorrhage.METHODS A total of 320 pulmonary infections patients with moderate to severe disturbance of consciousness after cerebral hemorrhage were statistically analyzed,vibrated expectoration machine was applied for the interventions,the effect of the nursing care was observed.RESULTS Of 80 patients with moderate disturbance of consciousness in treatment group and the control group,the incidence rates of the pulmonary infections were 16.25% and 36.25%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the main pathogen causing infections was Klebsiella pneumoniae;of 80 patients with severe disturbance of consciousness in the treatment group and the control group,the incidence of pulmonary infections respectively were 28.75% and 33.75%,the difference was not statistically significant,the main pathogen causing infections was Staphylococcus aureus.CONCLUSION K.pneumoniae and S.aureus are common in moderate and severe disturbance of consciousness patients with pulmonary infections,the application of vibration machines can effectively promote the expectoration and prevent pulmonary infections in the patients with moderate disturbance of consciousness,but for the patients with severe disturbance of consciousness,although it can promote the expectoration,it can not effectively prevent pulmonary infections.
