Impact factors for quality of medical personnel in sterilization supply department and discussion on management

OBJECTIVE To investigate the impact factors for the quality of personnel in sterilization and supply department as well as the status of management.METHODS The impact factors were analyzed,and the intervention measures were carried out.RESULTS The quality of education and the management of the key links were reinforced,the system process was standardized,the service quality was improved,the work execution and efficiency of service were significantly improved.CONCLUSION It is a self-discipline of the medical staff to fully aware the compliance of moral and cautious cultivation and try hard to improve themselves,dedication to position,and prevention awareness and raise the specialization level.
