| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性颅脑损伤后急性肺损伤(ALI)患者,血清Th1/Th2细胞因子水平改变.方法 设立发生ALI组23例和未发生ALI为对照组53例;用ELISA法检测细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4的水平.结果 与对照组相比,发生ALI组血清IFN-γ浓度及IFN-γ/IL-4比值均明显低下,而IL-4浓度则显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或0.01).结论 急性颅脑损伤后ALI患者存在Th2类细胞因子优势状态表达. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the change of the serum Th1/Th2 cytokines in acute lung injury(ALI)patients after acute brain injury.METHODS The levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 of 23 patients with ALI and 53 patients in control group were assessed by ELISA.RESULTS As compared with the control group,the serum IFN-γ concentration and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 of the ALI group were significantly low,but the serum IL-4 concentration was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).CONCLUSION There is advantage state of expression of Th2 type cytokines in the patients with ALI after acute brain injury. |
