神经内科患者发生医院感染的病原菌分布及耐药性分析

目的 探讨神经内科患者发生医院感染的病原菌分布及耐药性.方法 选取2008年6月-2011年5月神经内科106例医院感染患者作为研究对象,将其病原菌检出、分布及耐药情况进行分析比较.结果 106例患者中共检出197株病原菌,感染部位发生率依次为呼吸道48.22％、泌尿道26.40％、胃肠道15.74％及其他部位感染9.64％,革兰阴性菌所占比例为46.19％,高于革兰阳性的44.16％及真菌的9.64％,肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌对常见抗菌药物耐药率均较高,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 神经内科患者发生医院感染的病原菌分布及耐药性均有其特点,对其进行研究,对减少医院感染的发生有着积极的作用.

Distribution and drug resistance of pathogens causing nosocomial infections in neurology department

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogens causing nosocomial infections in the patients of neurology department.METHODS A total of 106 patients with nosocomial infections in the department of neurology were chosen as the research objects.The isolation of the pathogens,distribution and drug resistance were analyzed and compared.RESULTS Totally 197 strains of pathogens were isolated from 106 patients,the incidence rate of the infection sites were 48.22%(respiratory tract),26.40%(urinary tract),15.74%(gastrointestinal tract) and 9.64%(other sites);gram-negative bacteria accounted for 46.19%,higher than 44.16% of gram-positive bacteria and 9.64% of fungi,the drug resistance rates of Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,and Escherichia coli to common antiobiotics were relatively high,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION The distribution and the drug resistance of the pathogens causing nosocomial infections in neurology department have their own characteristics,which play a positive role in reducing nosocomial infections.
