摘    要:目的 研究低温等离子体灭菌器在手术室的使用效果,通过灭菌记录进行统计分析,找出原因,并采取有效措施.方法 研究该技术的原理,明确灭菌器械的适用范围,结合手术室440次低温等离子灭菌记录,找出因不符合低温等离子灭菌器使用操作规程造成的灭菌循环终止的原因.结果 440次灭菌监测中430次灭菌合格,化学指示卡和化学指示胶带均变色,合格率为97.72%;常见灭菌循环终止的原因主要是灭菌器械潮湿6次、装载灭菌物品过多、摆放不合适有4次.结论 在灭菌前保证物品的干燥及正确装载能够有效避免灭菌循环的取消,顺利完成灭菌程序,保证灭菌质量.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study effect of the low temperature plasma sterilizers used in operating rooms,to statistically analyze the sterilization records so as to find out the causes and take effective measures.METHODS The principle of the technique was studied,the suitable scope of sterilization equipments was made clear;according to 440 times of the low temperature plasma sterilization,the causes of the termination of the sterilization cycle,which were due to not complying with the low temperature plasma sterilizer operation procedure,were found out.RESULTS Of 440 times of sterilization monitoring,there were 430 times qualified,with the chemical indicator card and chemical indicator tape discoloring,the qualified rate was 97.72%;of the common causes of termination of sterilization cycle,there were 6 times of humidified sterilization instruments and 4 times of over heavy loading of sterilized articles and unreasonable layouts.CONCLUSION To keep the objects dry and perform the appropriate loading before the sterilization can effectively avoid the termination of the sterilization cycle and successfully complete the sterilization process so as to ensure the sterilization quality.
