ELISA法在检测小儿肺炎支原体感染中的应用

目的 探讨ELISA法在检测小儿肺炎支原体感染中的应用.方法 选取2010年6月- 2011年9月126例小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿进行研究,将患儿分为ELISA检测组和荧光定量PCR法检测组,各63例,统计各组患者检测的阳性率及肺炎患病类型.结果 ELISA检测组有15例阳性,阳性率为23.81％,支气管哮喘2例占13.33％,支气管肺炎6例占40.00％,急性支气管炎4例占26.67％,上呼吸道感染2例占13.33％,其他1例占6.67％；荧光定量PCR法检测组有26例阳性,阳性率为41.26％,支气管哮喘4例占15.38％,支气管肺炎11例占42.31％,急性支气管炎6例占23.08％,上呼吸道感染3例占11.57％,其他2例占7.69％.结论 使用ELISA法在检测小儿肺炎支原体感染中的效果好,建议在检测小儿肺炎支原体感染中广泛使用.

Application of ELISA method in detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections

OBJECTIVE To explore the application for ELISA method in the detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections.METHODS A total of 126 patients with M.pneumoniae infections from Jun 2010 to Sep 2011 were chosen as the research objects.All patients were divided into 63 cases of disruption of the treatment group(ELISA test group) and 63 cases of the control group(RT-PCR assay group).The positive prevalence rate and type of pneumonia for each group of patients were taken for statistics and comparison.RESULTS There were 15 patients who were positive detected by ELISA,the positive rate was 23.81%,bronchial asthma was in 2 cases(13.33%),bronchial pneumonia was in 6 cases(40.00%),acute bronchitis was in 4 cases(26.67%),upper respiratory tract infections was in 2 cases(13.33%) and others was 1 case(6.67%).There were 26 patients positive by quantitative PCR assay for the control group,the positive rate was 41.26%,bronchial asthma was in 4 patients(15.38%),bronchial pneumonia was in 11 cases(42.31%),acute bronchitis was in 6 cases(23.08%),upper respiratory tract infection was in 3 cases(11.57%),and others was in 2 cases(7.69%).CONCLUSION The effect of ELISA method on the detection of M.pneumoniae infection is good.It is suggested that the widespread use in the detection of M.pneumoniae infection should be recommended.
