| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨累积logit模型在学生健康危险行为严重程度和数量分析中的应用，并与列联表卡方检验法比较。[方法]应用累积logit模型，分析10235名学生健康危险行为的严重程度和数量多少，并比较男生与女生、初中生与高中／大学生之间的差异。[结果]男生的危险行为的严重度是女生的1．5倍，初中生危险行为严重度稍高于高中／大学生；男生的危险行为数量比女生多；初中生的危险行为数量较高中／大学生少。累积logit模型分析法，比列联表卡方检验法的结论更清晰、更合理、更量化。[结论]使用累积logit模型分析有序列联表数据，具有命令简单，结果更清晰，解释更合理，且能给出影响因素量化评价（OR值）等特点。
