老年人高血压伴高尿酸与冠心病相关性探讨

目的探讨老年人高血压伴高尿酸与冠心病的相关性。方法将112例高血压患者分为两组,高血压伴高尿酸组29例;高血压伴血尿酸正常组83例。分别观察了两组冠心病的发生率及室壁增厚情况,并进行对比分析。结果高血压伴高尿酸组冠心病发生率48%,与高血压伴血尿酸正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),高血压伴高尿酸组冠心病患者室壁增厚的发生率明显高于高血压伴血尿酸正常组的冠心病患者(P<0.05)。结论老年人高血压伴高尿酸患者冠心病的发生率高,更易合并室壁增厚。

Relationship between hypertension with hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease in the elderly

Objective To discuss the relationship between hypertension with hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease （CHD） in the elderly. Methods 112 cases who were diagnosed as hypertension were divided into two groups, group I included 29 cases with hypertension and hyperuricemia, and group Ⅱ included 83 cases who had hypertension without hyperuricemia. The incidence rates of CHD and the changes of ventricular muscle mass were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of CHD in group Ⅰ were 4 8 % , which was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ , and the incidence rate of changes of ventricular muscle mass in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ ,either. Conclusion The incidence rate of CHD and the changes of ventricular muscle mass in people with hypertension and hyperuricemia are higher than those without hyperuricemia.
