| 摘 要： | 目的 观察大秦艽汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效.方法 将68例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为两组各34例,其中对照组采用(抗疟药+甲氨蝶呤+金制剂),治疗组采用大秦艽汤中药治疗.观察比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为88.2%、对照组总有效率为64.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 大秦艽汤治疗类风湿性关节炎有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of treating rheumatoid arthritis due caused by obstruction of dampness-heat with DaQinJiao decoction. Methods 68 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antimalarial drugs, methotrexate and gold preparation, while the treatment group was treated with DaQinJiao decoction. Compared the therapeutic between the two groups after the treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.2% and 64.7% respectively, showing significant difference (P<0.05) . Conclusion It has obvious effects to treat rheumatoid arthritis with DaQinJiao decoction. |
