超声在肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值

【目的】探讨超声在肠梗阻的诊断及定位、定性方面的应用价值。【方法】将手术证实的74例肠梗阻病例与超声诊断对比,分析超声对肠梗阻诊断及定位、定性符合率。【结果】超声确诊肠梗阻69例,诊断符合率93．2％;定位诊断34例,符合率45．9％,定性诊断33例,符合率44．6％。【结论】超声在诊断肠梗阻特别是伴有肠腔积液时有很大的实用价值,可作为肠梗阻的常规检查方法。

Value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction

[Objective]Evaluating the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis, site determination, and etiology of intestinal obstruetion（IO）. [Methods]By comparing our ultrasounic results with the surgically-confirmed results, determine the coincidence rate between the two groups. [Results]There were a total of 69 cases diagnosed as IO. 93.2% of the cases were correctly detected by altrasound. The sits were accurately detected by ultrasound in 45.9 % of cases. The etiology of IO was detected in 44.6 % of the cases. [Conclusion]Ultrasound has a great significance in the diagnosis of IO, especially in cases with intestinal fluid. Ultrasound can be used as a routine screening method in the detection of IO.
