| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨婴儿晚发性VitK缺乏症的临床特点，提高对本病的认识。方法：对我院2003年至2008年41例婴儿晚发性VitK缺乏症病例进行分析。结果：41例中有38例颅内出血，10例消化道出血，12例针刺部位出血，18例皮肤粘膜出血或血肿。结论：晚发性VitK缺乏症易并发颅内出血；早期诊断、早期治疗；预防性应用VitK1对预防本病的发生有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical characteristic of the late vitamin K deficiency disease and increase understanding.Method:To analyze the data of 41 cases of the late vitamin K deficiency disease occurred from 2003~2008 in Changan Hospital of Dongguan.Result:Among the 41 cases,38 cases occurred intracranial hemorrhage,10 cases occurred digestive tract hemorrhage,12 cases occurred hemorrhage on the injection spot,18 cases occurred hemorrhage spot or hematoma on the skin or mucous membrane.Conclusion:The late ... |
