鱼腥草治疗上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

目的探讨鱼腥草治疗上呼吸道感染所致发热病人的疗效。方法将确诊的病例随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予鱼腥草、青霉素钠静滴,对照组用病毒唑、青霉素钠静滴。结果治疗组退热时间多在2d以内,对照组多在2d后。治疗组症状消失时间多在5d以内,对照组多在5d以后。差异有统计学意义。结论用鱼腥草和青霉素静滴可缩短发热时间,且症状消失快。

Survey on the Curative Effect of Yuxingcao Plus Treated Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective To investigate the process of patients affiliated with upper respiratory tract infection when treated with Yuxingcao plus. Method We divided the definitely diagnostic cases into two groups randomly, the experiment group and the control group. Each group had 30 samples. We treated the experiment group with yuxingcao plus penicillin sodium whereas the control group with ribavirin plus penicillin sodium, through intravenous injection. Results The fever decrease time of most cases in the experiment group is within 2 days while that in the control group is beyond 2 days. The symptom disappearation time of most cases in the experiment group is within 5 days while that in the control group is beyond 5 days. The differences is obvious.Conclusion Yuxingcao plus penicillin sodium could reduce feverish time and promote the symptom disappearation process.
