| 摘 要： | 目的：研究细菌内毒素法检查丹参注射液的热原。方法：应用鲎试剂检查丹参注射液中的热原，考察丹参注射液对功茵毒毒检查法的干扰行为。结果：丹参注射液稀释15倍，对细菌内毒素检查法无干扰作用。结论：选用鲎试剂，用细菌内毒素检查法代替丹参注射液热源检查是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the bacterial endotoxin test for detecting pyrogen in Danshen Injection.Methods:The interference if Daanshen injection to the process of bacterial endotoxin test was studied.Results.Danshhen injection in fifteen fold dilution had no interference to the bacterial endotoxin test.Conclusion:Bacterial endotoxin test could be used for pyrogen test of Danshen injection. |
