血管免疫母细胞性淋巴结病bcl-2与P53蛋白表达

（１）目的 研究ｂｃｌ－２与Ｐ５３蛋白在血管免疫母细胞性淋巴结病（ＡＩＬ）中的表达，探讨ＡＩＬ的发生发展规律，病变性质及恶性转化的可能机制。（２）方法 应用免疫组化染色、ＰＣＲ技术检测ｂｃｌ－２与Ｐ５３蛋白表达及ｂｃｌ－２／ＩｇＨ融合基因，同时选择非零奇金病（ＮＨＬ）２０例及淋巴结反应性增生１０例作为对比研究。（３） 结果 ＡＩＬ病人ｂｃｌ－２与Ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达率分别为６３．６％（１４／２２），

THE EXPRESSION OF bcl-2 AND P53 PROTEINS IN ANGIOIMMUNOBLASTIC LYMPHADENOPATHY

Objective To study the pathogeneses,the nature and the possible mechanism of malignant transformation of angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy(AIL), to investigate the expression of bcl 2,P53 proteins and bcl 2/IgH fusion gene. Methods\ Immunogenotype analysis and expression of bcl 2,P53 proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry,bcl 2/IgH fusion gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)in 22 cases of AIL.20 cases of non Hodgkin's lymphomas and 10 cases of reactive lymphoproliferations were used for control.\ Results\ The possitive rates of bcl 2 and P53 protein in AIL were 63.6%(14/22) and 31.8%(7/22) respectively. bcl 2 and P53 protein positive expression showed significant difference between AIL and NHL cases( P <0.05).bcl 2 /IgH fusion gene was found in 1 case of AIL.This translocation was also found in 1 case of the reactive proliferations.\ Conclusion\ The results suggest that bcl 2 and P53 protein affect the apoptosis by different mechanism, and both are involved in the pathogenesis of AIL and malignant transformation. AIL may be a kind of clinical syndrome common to the diseases of different causes and natures.
