摘 要: | 采用犬双后肢低、高速投射物致伤模型,探讨了神经体液中髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)的表达与释放。结果发现,伤后脑脊液、血清、脑组织MBP含量增高,尤以高速组明显;低速组下丘脑,高速组下丘脑、海马区MBP-mRNA表达增强。提示肢体局部严重致伤,虽未直接伤及大脑,但中枢神经系统确不同程度、不同范围的应激受损。

Abstract: | The expression of neurohumoral myelin basic protein(MBP) was dynamically observed and quantitatively analysed.On the basis of the stress model of different velocity steel bullet injury to hind thighs in dogs.The results showed that MBP levels in brain tissues,CSF and serum markedly increased.in high speed group;the expressions of MBP mRNA in hypothalamus in low speed group,hypothalamus and hippocampus formation in high speed group were significantly enhanced.It suggests that inspite of no direct injury to head,CNS may be irritably injuried in different range and level. |
