| 摘 要： | 最近，分泌白介素17为特征的活化的CD4＋T细胞——辅助性T细胞17（Thelper17，Th17）的出现，改写了20年以来人们对Th细胞的传统认识。其与Th1、Th2截然不同的分化途径及免疫学功能，使之成为Th细胞的独立分支。已有众多研究显示Th17参与自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病等的免疫过程，而近期有大量研究报道了Th17在肿瘤免疫中的重要位置，有鉴于此，现在就Th17与恶性肿瘤的相关研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | Recently,the appearance of activated CD4＋ T cell termed T helper 17（Th17）secreting interleukin-17,rewrites traditional understanding of Th cells in past two decades. Its differentiation pathway and immunity function are completely different from Thl and Th2, which proves it is a new independent branch of Th cells. Many studies have confirmed that Th17 participates in autoimmunity diseases and infections. And mass of studies have demonstrated its important role in tumor immunity recently. This review focuses on associated studies of Th17 and malignant tumor. |
