| 摘 要： | UGRP1基因是一新近发现的基因,人类UGRP1基因定位于5q31-5q34,主要表达在肺脏。UGRP1基因的功能目前还很不明确,由于多种自身免疫性疾病的候选区域定位于5q31—34附近,UGRP1的研究日益受到重视,与哮喘关联已有许多报道。

| Abstract: | UGRPl, a newly identified gene, was localized by fluorescene in situ hybridization to human chromosome 5 at region 5q31-34. UGRPl mRNA is predominantly expressed in the lung. Using suppressive-subtractive hybridization method, we found UGRPl was a down-stream target gene for the TTF1. The exact function of UGRPl gene remains unknow. However, since susceptive genes of several kinds of autoimmune diseases have been identified around 5q31 -34 regions, more scientific researches have been focused on the association of UGRPl gene and atopic asthma. This article reviews current status of studies on UGRPl. |
