结合计划生育服务开展性病/艾滋病防制——服务对象的需求

目的 :为广西、广东和重庆三地的“结合计划生育服务开展性病 /艾滋病防制”的试点项目提供服务对象方面的基线资料。方法 :对三地各两个乡镇或街道的 1 778名育龄男女进行了结构式问卷调查。结果 :调查对象在性病、艾滋病和避孕套三方面的得分指数分别为 0 .3 4、0 .44和 0 .5 2 ;5 .7%的男性和 9.2 %的女性在过去一年中有过尿道或生殖道异常分泌物 ,并且 2 1 .1 %的男性和 8.4%的女性认为自己以后有感染性病 /艾滋病的危险 ;近 5 0 %在获取避孕套时有顾虑 ,只有约 3 0 %曾使用过避孕套 ;80 %以上的人认为结合计生服务开展性病 /艾滋病防制是必要的和可接受的。结论 :在计划生育系统开展性病 /艾滋病防制在主观和客观上都是育龄人群所需要的 ,而且可被普遍接受

Integrating the STD/AIDS Control within Family Planning Service Demand of Client

Objective: To get baseline date from the clients pers pect for the pilot study “Integrating the STD/AIDS Control within Family Plan ning (FP) Service”planned in Guangdong Province,Guangxi Province and Chongqing Municipality.Methods: A total of 1 778 men and women at reproductive age from two towns or streets each in three provinces/municipality were surveyed by questionnaire.Results: The average score index on STD,AIDS and condom was 0.34,0.44 adn 0.52,respectively.Altogether 5.7% men and 9.2% women had abn ormal urinary or vaginal discharges,and 21.1% men and 8.4% women thought they would possibly get get infected with STD/AIDS.Nearly 50% of subjects hesitated to obtain condomes and only about 30% ever used condomes.More than 80% thought it necessary and acceeptable to integrated STD/AIDS control within FP service. Conclusion: Integraing STD/AIDS control within FP servic e needed for subjective and objective reasons.And it will also be universally ac cepted by clients.
