抗gp210抗sp100抗体与原发性胆汁性肝硬化活动性的相关性

目的 评估原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)患者血清中抗gp210和抗sp100抗体与PBC活动性的关系.方法 采集72例PBC患者的静脉血,以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测抗gp210、抗sp100的水平,分析患者的临床资料.结果 抗gp210阳性患者白蛋白水平较阴性组降低,Mayo危险评分较后者升高,差异均有统计学意义(分别为P＜0.01和P＜0.05).随着疾病好转,抗gp210抗体多呈下降趋势.抗sp100阳性组与阴性组在血清生化指标、Mayo危险评分方面差异均无统计学意义.结论 抗gp210阳性患者病情较重,需加强随访,积极治疗.

Study of the relations between primary biliary cirrhosis and anti-gp210 and anti-sp100 antibody

Objective To evaluate the relation between activity and prognosis of primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC)and anti-gp210 and anti-sp100 antibodies.Metttods A total of 72 consecutive PBC patients were studied.The level of anti-gp210 and anti-sp100 antibodies by ELISA assays was tested.Results Compared with those PBC patients with negative anti-gq210 antibody.the mean level of albumin was significantly lower in anti-gp210 positive patients(P＜0.01).In addition.the Mayo risk score was significantly higher in the latter(P＜O.05).Titers of anti-gp210 antibodies declined when the disease relieved.No difference was found between anti-sp100 negative and positive populations with respeet to biochemical features and Mayo risk score.ConclusionAnti-gp210 antibody can identified a subgroup of PBC patients with more serious liver disease.as inferred by lower albumin values and higher Mayo risk score.Patients with anti-gp210 needs close follow-up and possibly a more aggressive medical intervention.
