摘    要:目的 探讨牙科低金含量银钯合金在相变温度下的强化机制。方法 经过固溶处理后,合金在400℃分别等温强化处理1min、2min、5min、10min、20min、50min和100min,淬火冷却。采用显微硬度测试,X线衍射,扫描电镜和电子探针了解合金的强化机制。结果 强化处理100min,合金硬度达到最大值,较固溶处理后的硬度提高了105%,处理较长时间后有片状分布的析出相,元素分析为Cu、Pd富集。结论 合金在低于相变温度下的硬度升高与相变所致的内应变高度相关。更多还原

Abstract:Objective To study the hardening mechanism of dental low-content gold Ag-Pd alloy under phase transformation temperature. Methods The alloy was iso-thermally age-hardened at 400℃ for 1 minute,2 minutes,5 minutes,10 minutes,20 minutes, 50 minutes and 100 minutes respectively after solution, and followed by ice-water quench. By means of microhardness, X-ray diffraction, SEM and EPMA,the hardening mechanism was studied. Results The microhardness of the alloy after iso-thermally for 100 rain got the maximum hardness which rised 105% than that of the hardness by solution treated. There was new phase with abundant Cu, Pd. Conclusion The elevatin of hardness is related with inner strain causing by phase transformation.
