| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性酒精中毒对大鼠胃窦部胃泌素(Gas)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和生长抑素(SS)免疫反应阳性细胞的影响.方法:正常雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常组和实验组,实验组大鼠用白酒灌胃,在灌胃后不同时间段取胃窦组织,用免疫组织化学SABC法及图像分析法分析Gas、5-HT和SS阳性细胞的表达.结果:(1)与正常组比较,...
