噪声作业对心血管系统的影响

摘    要:目的探讨职业性噪声对工人心血管系统的影响及其影响因素。方法采用断面流行病学方法,对17家工厂1906名工人(噪声接触953例,对照组953例)进行调查研究,用问卷调查、作业环境监测、健康检查资料分析职业性噪声对工人心血关系统的影响。结果噪声接触组的心电图异常率为16.7%,明显高于对照组的9.8%。噪声接触组的高血压患病率为11.9%,明显高于对照组的7.5%,经X^2检验,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),年龄分层分析中,低于50岁3组,差异有统计学意义,而高于50岁组,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论职业性噪声接触可能是心血管疾病的危险因素,年龄是研究偏倚的重要影响因素。

Abstract:Objective]To explore the effect of occupational noise exposure on the cardiovascular system and the influential factors. Methods]Cross-sectional epidemiological study, including questionnaire survey, work environment surveillance and occupational health examination, was conducted on 1906 workers (953 cases for the noise exposure group and 953 cases for the control) from 17 factories. Results]The abnormal rate of ECG in the exposure group was 16.7% that was significantly higher than that of control (9.8%) (P<0.05); the rate of hypertension in the exposure group was 11.9% that was significantly higher than that of the control (7.5%) (P<0.05); significant difference was found between the 3 groups under the age of 50 but was not found between the groups above the age of 50(P>0.05). Conclusion]Occupational noise exposure might be a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases; age is an important factor in such study.
