旅游者心理健康状况的调查分析

目的　评定旅游者的心理健康状况。方法　对我市某旅行社外出旅游者进行症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )测试 ,并将结果与中国正常人常模进行比较。结果　旅游者在人际关系和焦虑两项因子分高于常模 ,其中人际关系敏感因子分差异显著( P<0 .0 5 ) ,精神病性因子分低于常模 ,并具有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;单独外出旅游者与结伴外出旅游者相比在人际关系敏感和焦虑两个因子方面具有显著性的差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论　旅行社对旅游者的心理健康状况应引起重视 ,并对存在的心理问题进行必要的干预

Investigation of the Mental Health Status of the Tourist

Objective To investigate the mental health status of the tourist.Methods 128 tourists were tested with SCL 90.The result was compared with the norms of normal Chinese.Results The scores of the interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety were higher,while the scores of the psychotic factor was lower than that of the norms of normal Chineses,and there were significant difference.There were also significant difference between the tourist alone and the co tourist at the interpersonal sensitivity and the anxiety.Conclusion It was necessary to attach importance to the mental health status of the tourists and give them the psychological interference.
