A型肉毒毒素治疗睑痉挛的临床研究

目的　观察A型肉毒毒素对睑痉挛的治疗效果。方法　对 2 0例特发性眼睑痉挛和 2 4例Meige综合征进行面部肌肉局部多点注射A型肉毒毒素 ,评价其治疗效果。结果　 1～ 3d出现症状缓解 ,1周症状明显缓解 ,有效率达 10 0 %。特发性眼睑痉挛有效作用时间为 12～ 32周 (平均 17 4周 ) ,Meige综合征有效作用时间为10～ 2 0周 (平均 13 2周 )。结论　A型肉毒毒素局部肌肉注射治疗睑痉挛是一种安全、有效、简便、易行的方法。

Clinical study of blepharospasm treated with botulinum toxin A

Objective To study the efficacy of botulinum toxin A injection for treatment of blepharospasm Method Twenty patients with blepharospasm and 24 patients with Meige′s syndrome were evaluated on therapeutic efficacy of multifocal facial injections with botulinum toxin A Results Spasm symptom was slightly relieved after a 1～3 day injection and remarkably relieved after a one week injection All patients experienced relief from spasm symptom,with an effective rate 100%;the efficacy time for idiopathic blepharospasm was 12～32 weeks (mean17 4 weeks)and for Meige′s syndrome 10～20 weeks (mean13 2 weeks) Conclusion Botulinum toxin A local injection is a safe,effective,simple and easy means for the treatment of blepharospasm
