维生素B1对克山病病区粮所致心肌损伤的预防作用

把维生素 B_1加入克山病病区粮中喂饲大鼠两个月左右,可明显改善大鼠的营养状态;心肌细胞色素 C 氧化酶活性明显升高;使亚硝酸钠所致大鼠死亡率及心肌坏死面积明显降低。而对全血及心肌内的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,血清 T_3、T_4和皮质酮含量没有影响。提示我们除硒等因素缺乏外,维生素 B_1相对不足可能参与了克山病的发病。

The protection of vitamin B_1 on the myocardium in the rats receiving the grains from Keshan disease area

Vitamin B_1 was put into the diet containing the grains cultivated in Keshandisease area.After the rats kept on the diet with vitamin B_1 for two months orso,the body weight of them was significantly increased,CCO activity in theirmyocardium was significantly increased and the necrotic areas in their myo-cardium resulted from the grains and NaNO_2 were significantly reduced.However,the activity of GSH-Px in their blood and [myocardium and the concentrationsof T_3, T_4 and corticosterone in their serum were no change.All of these sugge-sted that vitamin B_1 relative deficiency might play an important role in thedevelopment of Keshan disease,in addition to selenium deficiency.
